Just read this on the BIGL website. Good luck to Steve and Sue with their new slot. Poor Sue has to now make sure Steve gets up on time. Maybe Cookie can do 5 days now?



Big L International brings a new sound to your weekday mornings as of Monday 17th September 2012.

Steve James kick starts your day between 8 and 10am whilst Suzy joins us between 10am and noon.

What can one say to that ....................... not a lot.

I for one will be far more inclined to tune in to Steve & Suzy than Chirpy. I rarely listened to him as quite frankly all that school rubbish etc did my head in. It was the same thing and the same people day after day. Sorry Chirpy but I much preffered what you did on a Saturday pm.

Thank you from both Steve and myself to those who have offered their good wishes, both on here and privately, for our new shows starting next week. We both felt a bit emotional after our shows today - the last afternoon ones we will be doing - but we are looking forward to the next chapter and hope we can do you proud.
And rest assured, those who have expressed concern, the "Sunday Service" will remain the same!

I gave up on BIG L a few years back when they lost the AM TX, but within the past couple of weeks Ive listened again to the morning show on BIG L just for a short while.
I wanted to compair output between BIG L and Chirpys Sunshine Gold. As far as im concerned im not impressed with the BIG Ls output. The BIGL output didn`t sound professional enough.
Ive heard the Chirpy show a few times in the past two weeks and stayed longer listening. I wish them all luck in what they do.
