I keep trying the number he gives out for the "Guess The Year" competition, but it doesn't seem to be available!!

He gives the reason for quitting the station and sounds upset. Its good hearing him again.

Ian lives near me he's a great guy I met him last year we had quite a chat. I'm not prepared to go into detail here but he didn't have anything complimentary to say about Big L. The conversation was about Big L & the situation in 2008 not the current internet only incarnation before anyone starts jumping up & down.

As far as I know Ian is not currently on air. He was on the local community radio station Wayland Radio up to its closure in August 2011.

yes - what a pitty - he was one of my favorite jocks on BigL .... The Wayland Radio LINK doesn't work anymore indeed :-(

Well it won't as I said it closed last August the studios and transmitter mast have been dismantled.

Well it won't as I said it closed last August the studios and transmitter mast have been dismantled.

Its getting time that Wymondhamn is getting its own station when all Norfolk stations close down ... pirates Dave Ross and Wombat get on board.... !!
