My Windows 7, using Google Chrome, always says that with Sendspace. I just go into downlaods and OK it and it works fine with no malware issues (yet)

I've heard this mentioned before, but I've not experienced it myself.I've just clicked on Part Three above and it's gone straight to the Download box.

I pay for Sendspace, so there should be no adverts or malware issues.

However, thanks for pointing this out to me.

Thanks for that. I suppose it may be down to the systems we use and how they percieve Sendspace. None of the systems I use (be it XP with Firefox, Vista with Firefox or Windows 7 with IE) have any issues with SS.

Hmm, interesting. I sent the EXGF a file via sendspace last week and she hsn't been able to open it. She clicked on the url to download as usual, but the prompt then said click on url, so she then tried to cut and paste the url into the address bar, but it wouldn't let her cut and paste.

She has a brand new computer (my fault, she says! ) but has also been unable to open the file on any of her devices.

This morning, she informed me that she has been able to open the file on her new computer but still not on anything else.

I sent a link to the file to myself and it opened straight away.

Most odd!
