Can anybody tell us foreigners something about Blackwater please
- what makes it so exclusive ?
- where could the mooring-place be - as far as I could learn from Google there are a few Marinas - but are they deep enough for the Ross ? - I cannot see very much in that aiming point yet .... - What purpose are they aiming at ??

Could the reason they chose Blackwater purely because of Insurance purposes ?. Am I correct in thinking certain moorings are more economic than others.

Yes Mike, there are more cheaper moorings depending on area and what the people who own them think they can get away with charging. If it's a busy port (e.g. Tilbury) it is likely to cost a lot more than somewhere quieter.

When I'm in work tonight I'll see if we have a chart of that area (we should have), if so, I'll pull it out and study it.
