Well, saw the Dr and she seems to think I have a stomache infection, so she's upped the dose of one of my tablets for a month and that should clear it.

Anyway, Steves' programme has recorded but I don't know what the problem is but it wasn't up to its usual standard with the sound quality, however, you CAN hear it.

Hour One should be ready to download in about an hour.

No not go on a diet....change your eating habits. You may have an intolerance to certain foods like wheat, gluten, etc.

Obvious thing to say i know but try cutting down on certain kinds of bread and eat different types of pasta that is wheat free. Experimentation i guess is the way forward.
