Shetland Island Broadcasting Company is the independant local radio station which is run by Iani Andersson who used to be on R.N.I in the 70's and was associated with Radio Caroline before moving back home and opening SIBC.
I think the only way of being able to listen in to SIBC is via the phone application which is in the following link: http://www.sibc.co.uk/
