Hi folks - we are currently testing on 1593 - I'm told it may change to 1611 later on tonight Any reports appreciated.

I've just tried 1611 - but all I get is the DRM humming from Vatican Radio; to compare I tried 1602 - there might be some music from Radio Seagul but mainly its a Spanish station Will try again 1611 khz. after 01:00h CET

In the end 1611 wasn't tried - there were more than enough issues with 1593 to keep the engineers busy

I also tried 1593 - but there was a Turkish or at least Eastern Balkan station on - and of course we have all this electronic mush arround here - but I can imagine that for you it must be a relatively free frequency and you also need a short aereal only - sounds like an ideal frequency for MAR. Maybe your geny had some diesel probs with that frost.... (diesel flaking)
